Description
This fall arrest equipment RS S06 has the following details and functions:
- Aluminium casing
- Maintenance-free joints, bearings and rollers
- Separate pawls to prevent falls and tilting
- Pawl A "Climb" in stainless steel with aluminium karabiner, polyamide tape fall absorber, Twistlock-Plus fastener and swivel
- Pawl B "Horizontal pull" in stainless steel
- with textile connecting loop as well as aluminium
- karabiner with Twistlock-Plus fastener
The RS S06 is a further development of the RS S05 and offers improved safety features. Two seperate pawls prevent falls due to slipping off the ladder or under horizontal pull. Two separate rope points at hip and chest height support climbing movements via the harness's pelvic pad and reduce the risk of physical overload.
Particularly new is the band energy absorber, which limits the maximum fall forces to 6.0 kN, up to a user weight of 140 kg.
A stainless steel release device relieves the load on the energy absorber loop, increasing durability and safety. The proven ergonomic features and double-stop technology contribute to the overall performance of the product.
