Rescue kit with automatic descender for evacuation from heights

This rescue kit is assembled for evacuation and rescue operations during work at height and includes an automatic MRG9-2P descender, as well as rope, carabiners, a pulley, a rescue clamp, an edge protector, and a transport bag.

The automatic MRG9-2P rescue unit is a compact, lightweight evacuation device for emergencies. Designed for up to two people simultaneously, it has a maximum rated descent load of 200 kg. It can be used for descents from heights of up to 160 meters at a specified descent speed of approximately 1 m/s.

The kit includes 100 meters of polyamide Kernmantle Rope Basic S09 with a 9.8 mm diameter. This rope is the standard descent rope for Mittelmann descent and rescue equipment and features sewn "Scaffold Hook Mini Alu" hooks at both ends. The rope offers easy handling and high abrasion resistance and is certified according to EN 1891A:1998.

Four aluminum Trilock carabiners are included, featuring a 24 mm gate opening and a major axis breaking strength of 25 kN. The "Pulley Max" can be used for rope redirection and has a maximum rated load of 150 kg.

The "Rescue Clamp Uni RG10B" is included for situations where a person is suspended—for example, in fall arrest equipment, an energy absorber, or a lanyard. Its openable design allows the clamp to be attached to the load-bearing equipment, enabling the person to be lifted free from the lanyard.

The kit also comes with a KS1 edge protector and a 70-liter "Carrying Bag XXL." The transport bag features a robust construction, welded seams, a roll-top closure, carrying handles, an adjustable shoulder strap, and a transparent A5 window.
