They have a bayonet-style connection that fits any 3M Bayonet Reusable Respirator offering low breathing resistance and good balance with a slim, swept back profile, designed to optimise your field of vision when wearing the respirator.

Versatile and simple to install: 3M Bayonet Particulate Filters provide protection against a wide range of dusts, mists and other particles. 3M Particulate Filters 2000 Series provide low breathing resistance and good balance with a slim, swept back profile, designed to optimise your field of vision when wearing the respirator. They are flame resistant and easy to install. 3M Particulate Filters 6000 Series are encased in hard plastic cases to help protect them from damage, dirt, decontamination spray showers, debris, sparks and high temperatures. Simply choose the filter type that’s suitable for your individual needs and requirements, align the connection and twist to lock into place with a quarter turn. 3M Particulate Filters 2000 Series and 6000 Series are compatible with 3M Reusable Half Masks 6000 Series, 6500QL Series, 7500 Series and 3M Reusable Full Face Masks 6000 Series, thus helping to reduce inventory needs.

3M Bayonet Particulate Filters are CE approved and are designed to help filter a broad range of airborne particulate contaminants when used with half and full face masks. Some models include nuisance level organic vapour and/or acid gas relief. Not for use in environments that are immediately dangerous to life or health (IDLH) or contain hazardous levels of gases and vapours (except hydrogen fluoride on certain models). Change 3M Bayonet Particulate Filters when they become dirty, damaged, or difficult to breathe through.
